Med Readunits udlejningsmodul, kan du via din telefon let lave en udlejning til en kunde.<\/p>\n

Du finder det aftalte udstyr frem og k\u00f8rer ud til kunden, afleverer udstyret og scanner QR koden \u2013 nu ved systemet, hvor i verden du har startet udlejningen, du v\u00e6lger kunde, startdato og slutdato.<\/p>\n

Nu sender systemet en mail til b\u00e5de dig og kunden, som fort\u00e6ller at lejeforholdet er startet. Herefter kan du l\u00f8bende f\u00f8lge med i hvor mange dage udlejningen har v\u00e6ret i gang, og n\u00e5r udlejningen afsluttes scanner du igen koden og v\u00e6lger afslut, hvorefter der igen sendes en mail til de involverede parter om at lejeforholdet er afsluttet, og dermed klar til fakturering.<\/p>\n

Locations can be set up to keep an overview of equipment. A location can be a client, a project, a service vehicle, or an equipment container. All of the main and sub-locations that are needed can be set up. Locations such as a container or a service vehicle, or equipment such as a hoist, can be tracked with GPS. Then you can follow where in the world your equipment is located.

Automatiske notifikationer \u2013 Readunit klarer arbejdet for jer<\/h3>\n

Readunit kan sende automatiske notifikationer til medarbejdere og til jeres leverand\u00f8rer og kunder. Tester i selv jeres l\u00f8ftegrej vil systemet helt automatisk, sende information om forest\u00e5ende tests af l\u00f8ftegrej til de relevante personer.<\/p>\n

Har I eksterne samarbejdspartnere til at tjekke jeres brandudstyr, kan systemet sende notifikation til jeres leverand\u00f8r. Readunit sender ogs\u00e5 notifikationer til dine kunder med dig som afsender, dvs. at alle dine serviceaftaler bliver fulgt op helt automatisk.<\/p>\n

Du skal bare sikre dig, at der er folk til at tage telefonen n\u00e5r notifikationerne sendes, p\u00e5 en forud defineret dag i m\u00e5neden. Det er meget professionelt og kunderne ringer helt af sig selv.<\/p>\n

Total overview of rented equipment<\/h3>\r\nWith Readunit\u2019s rental module, you can easily make a rental to a client over the phone.\r\n\r\nYou find the agreed-on equipment and deliver it to the client. Upon delivery of the equipment, you scan the QR code, so the system knows where in the world the rental begins. You also choose a client then a start and stop date.\r\n\r\nAt this point the system sends an e-mail to both you and the client stating that the lease has begun.
