Har du mange containere, som du \u00f8nsker at holde styr p\u00e5, kan Readunit helt sikkert hj\u00e6lpe dig. Du f\u00e5r b\u00e5de overblik over hvor i verden din container befinder sig samt hvorn\u00e5r den skal have foretaget inspektion af kritiske dele som f.eks. lukkemekanisme, vanger eller l\u00f8ftepunkter.<\/span><\/p>\n

Du har m\u00e5ske nogle inspektioner som kun skal foretages 1 gang pr. \u00e5r og andre mere hyppigt. M\u00e5ske vil du lave en kontrol, hver gang en container kommer hjem fra udlejning. Du har lavet en \u201dmodtager tjekliste\u201d, som sikrer dig ensartethed og h\u00f8jere kvalitet.<\/span><\/p>\n

Du scanner containeren og gennemg\u00e5r punkterne med telefonen, n\u00e5r du er f\u00e6rdig, afslutter du. Dit eftersyn er nu gemt og dokumenteret. Har der v\u00e6ret n\u00f8dvendige reparationer, som skal betales af kunden, kan systemet sende dig en notifikation med de punkter, du skal huske i din fakturering til kunden.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you have many containers that you need to manage, you can count on Readunit for help. You will keep an eye on where your container is located\u00a0in the world and when its critical parts such as locking mechanisms, stringers or lifting points should be inspected. <\/span><\/p>\r\n

You may have some inspections that should only be done once a year and others more frequently. Perhaps you will \u201ctake control\u201d each time a container comes home from a rental, and you have made a receive checklist that ensures uniformity and higher quality. <\/span><\/p>\r\n

You scan the container and review the points with your phone, and when you are finished you exit, and your review is now saved and documented. If any necessary repairs were done that should be borne by the customer, the system can send you a notification with the items that you must remember when preparing an invoice to the customer.<\/span><\/p>\r\n
