We only support Apple and Samsung mobile phones.
Readunit’s app does not support older operating systems than the above versions. Other hardware may work with Readunit’s app, but we only guarantee full functionality on the named devices.
Adobe Acrobat Reader
When labels or certificates are to be printed, the downloaded PDF files must always be opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Do not use the built-in PDF reader in your browser, this may result in the printouts not appearing correctly on labels or paper.

Firewall protection
To maintain the greatest possible level of operational security, traffic from selected countries is blocked in our firewall. If you find that Readunit cannot log in in a specific country, please contact us at support@readunit.com
Label Printers
Readunit only supports label printers purchased and delivered by readunit. The same applies to labels in different formats. All label printers must be able to print at least 300dpi
