Since 2018,

the Technological Institute has used “Readunit tool management” to keep track of all statutory inspections of technical equipment. We have switchboards, fire alarm equipment, water treatment systems, fume cupboards, ventilation systems and much more in Readunit. Previously, our service reports and other data were in several different systems, today we ourselves are proactive and have control over data and when service is carried out.The Danish Technological Institute has several geographical departments and Readunit gives us an overview of what and when our equipment needs to be inspected. Our subcontractors get a login to the system and register their inspection and any comments, we keep the overview in one and the same system.

Control of equipment and certificates

Great control of equipment and certificates

PP Techniq A/S er en førende virksomhed inden for udvikling og produktion af avanceret udstyr til vedligeholdelse af vindmøllevinger.

Vi implementerede READUNIT her hos PP Techniq i begyndelsen af 2017. Readunit har tilladt os fuldstændig beherskelse af alle vores test- og kontroldata samt al tilhørende dokumentation. Vi har også bemærket, at vores samarbejdspartnere finder vores nye struktur meget håndterbar og tilfredsstillende. Readunit hjælper os hurtigt gennem revisioner, og med den medfølgende APP er det at foretage stikprøvekontrol blive problemfrit.
Vi anbefaler Readunit til alle, der skal holde styr på test og dokumentation – det er indtil videre det bedste system, vi har set.

Ongoing maintenance instead of “firefighting”

“Here at Hotel Koldingfjord we have with Readunit been able to structure our ongoing operation and maintenance in a way that has replaced “firefighting” by structured preventive maintenance. The system keeps an eye on critical equipment at the hotel and “says when” when a room needs to be preventively maintained.

We have obtained a great overview of our tasks and at the same time the number of unpleasant surprises has been minimized. Good for our guests, and good for us.”

Global Castings

“We have used READUNIT at Global Castings for 1 year now.

Already after 1 day, we were using the system, and subsequently we have experienced that we get a great overview of everything that we have entered into the system. The persons, who are responsible for the current tests and inspections, get automatic notifications via email. We are currently keeping track of both machines and hand tools but READUNIT is also suitable for many more things that our company would like to be in control of. We are attaching documents to each piece of equipment and have easy access both via the corresponding APP and web.
Quality has been increased and we are always ready for audits.
As a system within statutory tests and other maintenance, I can definitely recommend READUNIT.”
